An acknowledged subject matter expert in DHS, Josh has worked for the Department as a contractor since the inception of the organization in 2003.

Josh has led and supported complex pursuits totaling more than $500 million in contract value and has consistently driven new business pipeline growth across DHS and DoD markets. His experience includes Homeland Security, Defense, biometrics, identity solutions, border security, and modernization-related growth efforts.
